As usual I am participating in Friendship Friday hosted by Create With Joy where this week the theme is Games. What are your favourite board games? Snakes and Ladders, Luddo, Draughts, Race Through Space etc. My twin and I used to play these games a lot. What are your favourite games systems/games (Wii, Xbox, Playstation etc.? Strangely enough I have not played any of these games yet. What other types of game-like activities do you do for fun? I used to play a game on my phone called Snake Xenzia. However I have not played it recently.

I too played the recorder in 9th High School music class. I really wasn't very good at it and will be honest that was the first and last time that I played any musical instrument.
And as for board games, I still love a good game of Monopoly!! :)

I still can't believe that there were times when my twin and I played in front of the whole school Janine! Monopoly was one of the games that we used to enjoy playing. I still have the game. Thanks for sharing your comments.
I used to play Monopoly a lot and also Chutes & Ladders-and lets not forget Scrabble and card games!!

I wish I could play the piano too. I don't know what it was, but after the kids were born, I just don't like games anymore. Could be that I had them late (I was 34 and then 36) I have no energy and even the idea exhausts me. Aren't I awful? I used to like them. I loved scrabble and Balderdash!

I have the problem of finding persons to play games with me now Theresa. I used to play Scrabble with my twin. I still have many board games. Sadly I have not played them since her death.
I played recorder and piano as a kid too. Also flute. Wish I had kept up with one of them!

snakes and ladders sounds a lot like a game "chutes and ladders" my brother and I used to play. :)
I used to love that game! I would love to learn to play the guitar too. I took piano lessons for a couple years. I sometimes wish I stuck with it...it's such a pretty instrument!
