Cocos In My Soup - Creative Monday Blog Hop

    What do you cook in your soup?  Cocos is a  must whenever I cook soup. Originally from the  Pacific region coco is a starchy tuber that can be found in tropical countries. After being reaped they are peeled and then put in soup to be cooked for about 1 hour. They help to thicken the soup.
