Janine and I grew up on a farm but in our time there were no ducks around. It was interesting to learn from my mom that before we were born they had ducks on the farm. I have not seen many over the years but I am happy that this cute figurine of a mother duck with her ducklings is a part of our collection.

You want some ducks? I would be more than happy to send some to you. We have them all over here. I just saw 2 lounging around in my neighbor's pool the other day lol. Some of them can get quite mean too. They hiss. Did you know that ducks hiss? It's a really scary sound too!
I have never seen ducks in real life Theresa. Oh my, they hiss! I would probably want to look at them from a far! LOL
