Potato Salad With Cherries - Creative Monday Blog Hop

   My family and I love potato salad and I am always eager to experiment with different ingredients. Recently I decided to add cherries to the potato salad and was happy that it tasted quite good.

RECIPE

6 Potatoes

1 onion

2 dozen cherries

black pepper

1 tsp of salt

mayonnaise

METHOD

1.Wash, peel and dice the potatoes.

2.Add a teaspoon of salt in 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.

3.Put in potatoes and boil for 20 minutes.

4.Drain immediately and place potatoes in a container.

5.Add the onions, black pepper, mayonnaise and cherries.

6.Place in the freezer for an hour.
