This was one of the early birds that joined our collection of bird figurines. Mom, Janine and I were shopping in the popular tourist resort of Ocho Rios and could not pass this colourful figurine which was made in Peru.

Wow, I have one very similar to that that was my step-dad's. I keep it in with my Jade Plant. I use to have this huge one & it died on me. :( It was huge almost like a tree, but then it got jungle rot or something it was gross & I had to toss it. That was a few yrs. back, but I just bought a new one. Maybe I'll take pics & show you next Wednesday! :)
