Every now and then I try a new rice recipe. This one included something that I like very much, macaroni.
Ingredients
Cooking Oil
Pack of macaroni
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 lbs of rice
4 cups of chicken broth
Teaspoon of salt
Method
1. Heat oil and add
macaroni. Cook for 5 minutes or until macaroni is brown.
2.Stir in onion and
garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
3.Stir in Rice.
4.Add chicken broth
and a teaspoon of salt.
5.Cook for about 30 minutes.

Sounds wonderful, Judy! We've been eating a lot of rice here lately. I've been eating tons of brown rice with veggies sice Piper was born. It is so good and I even got Steve to like it. :) thanks for always sharing your recipes! I hope the weekend was good to you and your family!

Rice and Macaroni are 2 of my favorite foods. I have never combined them into one meal. Going to have to try that one soon!

I love macaronis but never pictures them with rice. That's a good tip I'll consider next time I cook macaronis. Or rice :)

Stopping thru from A Creative Princess Blog Hop.Rice is literally my favorite food and combine it was macaroni....YUM! I want to make this right now! By one package of macaroni I assume you mean a normal box size? Did you use spaghetti, angel hair, etc? And the rice I assume is real rice, not instant? Have a great weekend!
