Bird Figurine Series - # 28

Recently I turned on my television to watch one of my favourite music programmes and it was not on. Nevertheless I was happy to see a show featuring animated penguins. Unfortunately it was almost at the end of the show but I enjoyed the very short moment. Then March arrived and the picture on my Australian calendar features many Emperor Penguins. Janine and I have always been fascinated with these birds especially the way they walk. Over the years we received a few small penguin figurines but last Christmas it was a special thrill to receive this one from my cousin Christine who lives in Australia. It looks so real!  Love it!

I adore penguins. I am so excited that Sea World in Florida is building a separate exhibit just for penguins. I can't wait until it opens. I'll probably spend most of the day there just watching the little guys. Thanks for posting and reminding me about penguins. Followed you from Her&Nicole blog hop. Have a blessed day!
