Enjoy the crop! I love pumpkin and squash blooms!
Alas, these seem to all be the Male Flowers!! The female flowers, have what will become the fruit (Pumpkin) which is a small round/elongated fruit just below the base of the flower. To almost guarantee a pumpkin, grab a small brush, brush the anthers where the pollen is on these flowers, then find the femail, and brush the stamen... There should be 4-5 anthers whilst only a single stamen!!!Good luck!!Mines up as well at AussiePomm - Blast from the past!!!!Have a great day!!
Oh yes Joyce! Happy WW!
