Creating Bird Pictures - Creative Monday Linky

I live on a farm in a rural area of Jamaica where I get to see a lot of birds. It has always been my wish to capture pictures of birds but I was hardly able to do so as once I go too near the bird would fly away. Well, I got out my digital camera book and found the feature that could bring an object nearer.  While it did not cover too wide a range I managed to capture several pictures of a small bird. I then went to work with PicMonkey and created these bird pictures. With spring approaching I hope I will have even more luck in capturing pictures of birds.

When my oldest and his wife were visiting they sat in the room where they could see the bird feeder and took pictures of the birds that came along. :)

Today's cameras really do make getting photos of birds a lot easier.

It is wonderful what cameras can do these days Rosey. I am glad I have learnt a lot more about using my digital camera.

You did very well capturing this bird. Now you'll be experimenting with other techniques that you learn and pretty soon you'll be an expert at taking bird pictures. Birds are hard to capture. You did very well though.

Have a terrific day Judy. :)

The bird was quite some distance away Sandee. It is a good thing my camera was able to draw it nearer. I hope I get to capture more birds during Spring. Have a good Monday.

Birds are always hard to photograph, in my opinion. They never want to say in one place for too long. Glad you were able to get a capture of one! It's is a cute little fellow!

Thanks Maria. I am learning more and more about using my camera as time goes by. I wasn't too well over the weekend but I am feeling better today. Take good care and Lots of Love, Friendship and Best Wishes to you, Steve and Beano.
