While I love owls, my Indian friends do not share the same affinity for them as the owl is considered a bird of bad omen

You have a fabulous collection, Judy!

Oh Judy those are so lovely. I have always been fascinated by owls. Perhaps because of the way they can spin their heads. When I was young a friend of ours went on vacation and they had a pet owl. A little thing not much bigger than a guinea pig. He had a chipped beak which I guess is why they kept the little guy. I loved that little owl. He was probably the coolest pet I had ever seen. Hope that you are having a wonderful week!

Unknown said...

Thanks Kelly. That pet owl that your friend had sounds real cute. Have yourself a wonderful weekend.

I love your owls, especially the bottom three in a row. I am a mad elephant lover and have quite a few scattered about my house, in fact i don't have room for any more, well unless i find the perfect one lol
I came by via the FTF blog hop and now follow on GFC. I hope you can visit my blog too and maybe follow back if you like what you see.
