Ingredients
1 tin of Vienna
sausages
2 lbs of rice
Tomato Ketchup
1 Onion
Stalk of Escallion
Black Pepper or Hot
Pepper Sauce
Method
1. Wash rice
2. Cut up Vienna
sausages in small pieces
3. Put 5 cups of
water in a pot
4. Add onion,
escallion, hot pepper sauce and 4 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup.
5. Put rice in pot.
6.Add sausages and
stir
6. Cook for 1 hour
