Pepper Steak - Creative Monday Linky

One of my favourite dishes using sweet peppers is Pepper Steak. Below is a quick way of preparing this dish.
Ingredients
1 lb of beef
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion
2 stalks of escallion
1 green pepper
1 tomato
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
1. Cut beef, onion, escallion, garlic, green pepper and tomato into small pieces.
2. Cook meat, onion, escallion, garlic and pepper in oil until meat is browned.
3. Add the other ingredients and cook until meat is tender.
