Judy H-J's Thoughts - A Twinless Twin. Jamaican Freelance writer on a healing journey after facing loss. Here I share memories, hobbies, interests, pictures and much more.
The dove is a symbol of peace. Throughout life we face various challenges and we strive to find peace. As Eleanor Roosevelt once said "It isn't enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn't enough to believe in it. One must work at it."

I'm sorry that you are a twinless twin. All we can do each day is carry on and trust that God has a special plan for us. I will follow you also and hope that we can continue friendship. Linda
I love your collection as I have said before. Your Eleanor quote is right on. One of my granddaughters is named for her. I hope she gets her wisdom as well as her name.
Thanks retired not tired. It is wonderful that one of your granddaughters was named after Eleanor Roosevelt. Take care and enjoy the rest of your Thursday.
Sometimes we forget to see the beauty in simple figurines and I love the way you tied the Doves to Eleanor Roosevelt's quote for striving for peace. As she so aptly stated not an easy task but one we should continue to work hard to obtain. Thanks for the reminder.
you have such lovely delicate collectibles my friend. I really like these doves. Thank you for sharing at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop . BIG hugs!!!
Oh yes Bree, I have them all in a display unit. I only take pictures of them individually and in groups when I take them out and clean the display unit. Quite a task!
