I just read a post you wrote for francescawriteshere about grief and I have goosebumps. I am an identical twin, and know the special bond twins share. I am so sorry for your loss of your twin, and also other close family members. This is a beautiful chicken figurine, and it is wonderful that you have such lovely memories with your sister. I wish you all the best in life.

The name of your blog caught my attention right away--twinless twin is a phrase I haven't heard in years but at one time knew so well. I gave birth to twins and one died shorty after--my daughter is now a twinless twin.
