Cards From Old Calendars - Creative Monday Linky

Here is another way that I use old calendars. First of all I get some cartridge paper.  After that I select my favourite calendar pictures, cut them smaller and paste them on cartridge paper to make cards. I have made Mother's Day and Birthday cards with them. Many will not be surprised that I favour the pictures that feature birds and flowers. Below are birthday cards that I have just made for pals.

I love the idea of turning pages from calendars into cards for your loved ones. I'm going to have to remember that one! You have such a huge heart, Judy! I have the card you gave me with all of my Christmas cards and will use it to decorate every holiday! I hope the weekend has been good so far! :)
Sending lots of love to you!

That's very creative indeed. I like them both and knowing you I know that birds and flowers would be part of those cards.

What a wonderful idea. This would be fun to do with my grand kids. I love making cards instead of buying them. They are so much more special. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful week.

That's a great idea! My mom always saved the calendars her sister sent her from England and I never knew what to do with them. Now I do. Thanks for the idea!
