RECIPE
2lb (1 kg) mutton
salt
black pepper
3 tablespoons curry
powder
4 cloves of garlic
1 big onion sliced
2 stalks of
escallion, chopped
1-2 hot
peppers,chopped
1/4 cup of cooking
oil
3 cups of water
Directions
1.Cut meat into small
pieces.
2.Season with salt,
onion, escallion, garlic, black pepper, hot pepper and curry powder.
3. Allow it to marinate
for at least an hour.
4. Cover bottom of
pot with oil and place meat in when it gets hot.
