I Love Pinspiration - Yoga!

Source: etsy.com via Jewels on Pinterest

Have you tried Yoga?  These days I am really persistent about doing a wide variety of Yoga exercises. I have found them to be very helpful for someone experiencing stressful times. In general they are good for one's health! I like the above Yoga message from Pinterest and just had to share it here.

I'm the treadmill gal. I've never tried Yoga, but I'll bet it's much better than the exercise that I do.

Have a terrific weekend Judy. :)

thanks for stopping by.
I tried Yoga... not wild about it... but maybe it was because I had convinced my daughter to take the class or maybe it was because the instructor just talked too much!

Hi Brenda,
I do Yoga exercises from the internet so maybe I was spared from an instructor who talked too much!:) Anyway I know some persons who went to Yoga classes and enjoyed them. Take care and have a good weekend.

I love the clothespins and all their sayings. So happy you're finding peace and relaxation through yoga, Judy!! :)
I've never tried true yoga, but I used to love doing pilates. It really gets the blood flowing and the mind at peace.
I think it is so important to take that time and put your body and soul in a place where everything is quiet.
Wishing you a happy weekend. I hope it's a sweet one! Lots of love to you!

I've never tried Yoga, but I've always wanted to. I'm so bad about exercising. It's not that I don't enjoy it, when I get into doing it, I love it. It's the getting myself to the gym and actually doing it part that I have a hard time with. I'm a procrastinator when it comes that. I'll be like I'm going to try Yoga, 3 months later, I'm going to try Yoga, by the end of the year, still no Yoga. LoL. But yeah, I'd love to try it some day.

I wanted to let you know that, I started a new feature called Skylar's Top Commentators and you are in the top 10, you are number 3. If you go to Skylar, you can find out all about this new feature. There are 3 posts regarding... the first one explains what it is, the 2nd is the top 10 commentators list and the 3rd is a spotlight for the top commentator.

Anyway, thought you might want to check it out. Thank you for being so supportive and for all of your wonderful comments.

I tried Yoga once, It was too slow for me. I like the fast paced workouts hehe, its the only way it will keep me going. But these pins are so cute!

I was thinking about starting to do yoga. I have such bad anxiety and I have been so tired lately. I also have so many autoimmune issues, so I was thinking yoga might help my strength and well being. Thanks for linking up and hope you had a great weekend ;)

Hi Snowies,
I understand what you mean. I do some faster ones before doing the Yoga!:) I do Yoga just for meditation and to relax my mind from all the stress. Thanks for becoming a follower of my Blog. Take care and have a good day.

I have a very active and busy mind Judy. I wonder if I would ever be calm enough to do yoga. My friends say positive things about it though.

Unknown said...

Thanks for your comments Nekky! I am here smiling! At times while doing the Yoga exercises my mind starts drifting and I have to re focus and remember that it is all about meditation and relaxation. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day.
