GETTING BACK ON TRACK

There are times when you face a big challenge in life and it can certainly throw you off track. As a Freelance Writer I know what this is like as I experienced it when my twin sister died in 2008. The task now is to lift my spirit after my brother's funeral last Saturday. I will approach it with prayer, meditation, journaling, writing  reading books and of course blogging.

I received the beautiful journal above from my Blogger friend Maria and it will certainly come in handy.  As so many of us know, journaling helps us whether we are facing good times or bad times.
I strive to be positive on this blog and will definitely make every effort to do so despite my situation.  Take care and I wish you all a wonderful week.

It is a beautiful journal. I remember journaling after my first husband's death. That book is a treasure to me now. I realized recently that something that I'd remembered and that had tormented me was not as I'd remembered. It was such a relief to read my 1st person account of what actually took place!

Thanks for joining Flock Together this week!

It's nice to see you back, Judy. Your friend is so thoughtful. I used to have a journal, too, when I was younger. I hope that journal will be able to help you feel better. Take care.

Hello from Lovin' the Weekend Hop! I have two blogs & hope you'll pop over and say hello.

That is a really nice journal. I have a datebook that I have been writing short journal entries in since 1/1/12. So far so good. I am hoping even quick little entries will paint a picture of my life.
