Thanks for your comments Maria! I have been enjoying some delicious food. We got good help from an excellent chef!:) I have also been thinking about you. This is a time with mixed emotions but I try to lift my spirit. You have certainly helped to brighten my days and I am truly grateful. Lots of Love and best wishes to you and Steve.
So good to read your comments Itin. I was lucky to get some help from a good chef!:) About the potato salad, the potatoes are diced and boiled then the water is drained off. Next mayonnaise, seasoning, butter and a tin of mixed vegetables are added. It is then placed in the refrigerator. Take care and Happy New Year to you!
