DECORATING WITH CHRISTMAS CARDS
Over the years Janine and I received many Christmas cards and we always used them to decorate our home. These days I receive several Christmas cards via the internet. Those that I get through the post I still use to decorate areas of our home. Do you still get many Christmas cards in the post? If so, how do you use them to decorate areas in your home? Now I mainly place them on the bookshelf in my room or on tables in our living-room. Below are pictures that Janine and I took beside our Christmas card decorations.

I hardly receive physical cards nowadays too. Lovely that you and your sis wore matching dresses, even into adulthood :)

I love all the dresses that are alike. Way cool. You both are so beautiful in these photographs.

I used to do the same thing with Christmas cards but now they seem to get tossed after Christmas. Shame on me.

Have a terrific day. :)

I can't believe I still get amazed seeing pictures of twins! You two looked like mirrors.:) My twin and I stopped wearing the same clothes during our adolescence (but we do borrow each others' clothes LOL).
I don't get a lot of Christmas cards. I don't know why. Maybe my family and friends aren't so fond of Christmas cards. I keep my precious cards inside a box.:)

Hi Maria,
Thank you so much for your kind comments. It is really great to get cards. I am like my mother. She has kept cards for many years and has some cute ones that she received when Janine and I were very young!:) I am happy to be in the month of December and despite all the internet problems I am determined to feel good!:) Take care and a wonderful weekend and holiday season to you and Steve.
Lots of Love & Best Wishes,

Wonderful memories to have these photos taken throughout the years. We no longer receive many cards and we haven't been sending them out as most of us keep in-touch electronically.

Unknown said...

Thanks Karen! It is the same here these days. Many cards are being sent and received electronically. Take care and enjoy the holiday season.
