I just lost my identical twin sister to cancer. I am having a very hard time dealing with her death. I feel like a piece of me has been torn away. I dont know how to deal with this.
I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My twin sister Janine also died of cancer. As one of twins I know the confused state that you must be in at this time. I have some articles on this Blog which will tell you some groups that you can join and various ways to deal with your loss. It is a very difficult journey that takes time to overcome. You will also find that singletons do not necessarily understand the level of grief that a twinless twin experiences. For instance my twin died in 2008 and I still have bad days. However I try to recall the good times and keep myself very busy. I have had very good support from family and friends and my Christian faith has also helped me immensely.
