Homemade Fruit Cocktail Ice cream - Creative Monday Blog Hop


Fruit cocktail from tin


Ingredients

1 tin of fruit cocktail
1 tin of evaporated milk
1 tin of condensed milk
1 condensed tin of water
1 dessertspoon of vanilla

Method

1. Pour evaporated milk in ice-cream container
2. Pour tin of condensed milk in container
3. Add a full empty condensed tin of water 
4. Put in 1 dessertspoon of vanilla and stir.
5. Pour in fruit cocktail and stir again.
6. Place in freezer
7. After a few hours beat with a fork or whip.
8. Place back in freezer until solid

Hey Judy, just wanted to let you know that I can't reply to your comments on my blog - as your settings have you as a no-reply comment blogger. This looks totally yummy! And I love that you don't have to have an ice cream freezer to make it....just stick it in the freezer. Must try!!!
