Question Time

Every weekend I will have a blog post where I ask and answer questions.  It is a good way for readers to get to know more about me and also help me get feedback on a number of questions. Do you prefer to have a book in your hand or have you already adjusted to reading eBooks? I still prefer to have a book in my hand. Yes, smelling that book and turning those pages!:) Nevertheless I am facing reality that there are a lot of good eBooks out there so I had better enjoy some of them. That is just what I did recently. Two of them were ‘21 Days Of Gratitude Challenge’ by Shelley Hitz and ‘13 Ways to Get the Writing Done Faster’ by Linda Formichelli and Carol Tice.
I have some more downloaded on my Kindle for PC that I hope to read soon. I love eating chicken and cooking it in different ways so I am already looking through the book ‘303 Chicken Recipes’ by Luke Wren. In the meantime I can’t wait to read ‘People Can’t Drive You Crazy If You Don’t Give Them The Keys’ by Mike Bechtle. I love that title!

Hi Judy, I don't get time to read much as there is always more things I need to get done after spending far to long on the internet. So I will say a book, I've never tried a ebook yet :) thanks for linking up with us,have a lovely weekend ...

Love the title of that book, too, Judy! Isn't that the truth! :)
I haven't ever read a book online. I'm not a huge reader but hope to read more this year. I'm all for inspirational books and true stories.
I hope the week was good to you and you are enjoying the beginning of your weekend! Sending lots of love your way! Xoxox

Hi Maria,
That title is so true! These days I read more inspirational books. I am not feeling too well this weekend. Flu or sinusitis seems to be taking aim at me. Anyway I hope to feel better soon. Take good care and lots of love, friendship and best wishes to you, Steve and Beano!

I'm still holding the book, but I see the advantage of the eBooks. You can travel with tons of things to read and it's not taking up very much space.

Have a terrific day Judy. :)

Thanks for sharing your opinion Sandee. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday.

I like a book in hand, but I am ajusting to the e-reader too. I like it, just not as much as a book that was typical of times past. Maybe it stems back to the HUGE love of reading I had in my youth. :)

Same here mail4rosey! Have a good weekend.

I love a good paper book. However, I am fine with reading ebooks on my macbook with the kindle app. As I have fibro the ebooks actually work better for me as my hands don't cramp from holding a book. I still love a paper book though.

I remember when I was where you were. I could not give up my book smell and the feel of it.

And then I got a Nook (weird story) and I realize I was reading more now.

I've always loved reading and then after kids, it was like I was only reading to them.

Then I got the Nook and I was enjoying reading again :)

Very interesting answer Colette. Thanks for sharing your comments and have a good week.

Like you, I prefer reading a real book and have only 1 best seller on an ereader although I am getting used to reading my magazines on my ipad. I want to add that I like eating chicken too!

I have read some books on the Kindle. I like that my hand doesn't cramp with arthritis when I have the Kindle out. However, I also love that I don't have to plug a book into the charger to read.

I guess I could go either way. I do love going to the library though. There's just something lovely about the smell of books to me :)
