Question Time

     Every weekend I will have a blog post where I ask and answer questions.  It is a good way for readers to get to know more about me and also help me to get feedback on a number of questions. Do you collect anything?  If not, what would you collect given the opportunity?  During our high school days my twin sister and I collected postcards and stamps.  Over 20 years ago we started collecting bird figurines which grew into a huge collection.  I do not see myself starting another collection but if I did it would be clocks. I love clocks!
    As usual I am participating in Friendship Friday hosted by Create With Joy where this week the theme is Catharsis. Nature has a way of lifting my spirit so today I share my poem titled Finding Peace Amidst Nature which was one of the early posts when I started this Blog.

Bird Figurine Series - #18

    What is your biggest wish for Christmas? It is okay to wish for all sorts of things but these days my biggest wish is to experience peace perfect peace.  What do I consider to be peace? The ability to feel a level of tranquillity notwithstanding the blows I have faced in life.  Yes, the inner strength that enables me to keep on keeping on, holding on to my faith and trusting in God always.  As I look at these beautiful dove Christmas decorations received from my wonderful blogger friend Maria I say a quiet prayer.  May you find peace in your life this Christmas.
