So good to read your comments Itin. I was lucky to get some help from a good chef!:) About the potato salad, the potatoes are diced and boiled then the water is drained off. Next mayonnaise, seasoning, butter and a tin of mixed vegetables are added. It is then placed in the refrigerator. Take care and Happy New Year to you!
